Returns
You may return most non-personalized pet products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved tags, custom pet apparel) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the mistake was on our part (such as a wrong name, size, or product).
Exchanges
Non-customized items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To request a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@petlovebuddy.com with your order details.
We’ll guide you through the return process, and once the item is received and inspected, we’ll send out your replacement.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@petlovebuddy.com with the following:

Photo evidence if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions

Customized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
